CC's HIDEAWAY INNER CIRCLE
Issue 2:
Connection & Sharing

At CC's Hideaway, we aim to create a space where guests and staff feel genuinely connected, relaxed, welcomed, and part of a shared community.

In today’s fast-moving world, meaningful connections can often feel harder to find. Technology keeps us constantly occupied, while family and friends are often spread across different countries and time zones. Yet true connection begins within. When we nurture a deeper relationship with ourselves, we create more space to share kindness, compassion, and love with others.

This month, we invite you to reconnect with yourself, with those around you, and with the simple joy of sharing meaningful moments together.

Metta Meditation – Love & Kindness Practice with Cristina

Metta Meditation is a traditional Buddhist practice widely used here in Thailand to cultivate compassion, kindness, and goodwill towards ourselves and others.

Through the gentle repetition of positive phrases, this practice can help reduce stress, increase empathy, and encourage a more peaceful and connected state of mind. The meditation begins by directing loving intentions towards yourself, then gradually extending them to loved ones, acquaintances, difficult people, and eventually all beings.

Heart Opening Yoga Flow with Sarah

This nourishing 15-minute practice is designed to gently open and stretch the area around the heart space, creating room to both give and receive love more freely and unconditionally. A beautiful reminder to soften, breathe, and reconnect.

Recipes Made for Sharing
by Anastasia Leaf

Food has always been one of the simplest ways to bring people together. This month we share two nourishing dishes designed to be enjoyed with loved ones:

  • Hummus Sharing Bowl
  • Tabouli Sharing Bowl

Today, we invite you to open your heart, deepen the connection to yourself, and share that warmth with the world around you.
