We have created this space for us to build a stronger community with our most valued guests. We want the experience you had with us to live on in your own countries, in your own homes and for you to keep this feeling of connection with us.

We will share mindful practices like breathwork, mediation and movement practices such as yoga and pilates. We will also give you some yummy recipes for juices, smoothies and healthy dishes.

If there are particular topics or themes you would like us to concentrate on please get in touch and let us know.

CC's HIDEAWAY INNER CIRCLE
Issue 1: Chaos / Structure

When at CC's we provide you with all the structure you need for you to switch your mind off and follow our program and we are fully aware when you return home it often is returning to chaos again!

In today’s world, chaos has almost become a lifestyle.

Deadlines chase us. Notifications never stop. Responsibilities pile up faster than we can process them. Even when the body is still, the mind keeps running, replaying conversations, anticipating problems, worrying about what comes next.

You may wake up already tired.

You may feel anxious without knowing exactly why.

You may find yourself irritable, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained.

Perhaps sleep doesn’t come easily anymore. Or maybe you rely on caffeine to keep going and distractions to switch off. Many people carry stress silently in the shoulders, jaw, stomach, and breath. Over time, this tension can affect far more than mood. It can shape the way we think, sleep, digest, react, and move through daily life.

If this feels familiar, you are not alone.

The good news is that you do not have to live in survival mode. There is a time-tested and deeply effective way to reconnect with yourself: yoga and meditation.

They do not remove responsibilities, but they help build resilience. They do not erase stress, but they teach you how to regulate it.
